Just Between Friends
offers Families a way to jumpstart their own economic recovery by saving them money, earning them cash and provides a way to help others who are struggling!
This Fall, with the 2012 Election on our Nation’s Agenda, the economy will be a hot topic of discussion in many households. Making ends meet can be tough, and many families are faced with the decision of where they can save and make money, let alone how they can help others.
Just Between Friends Kids Consignment Events are unique, as they offer families all that! As a family business in the Twin Cities, JBF understands the value of family and our community. The JBF concept is not new, as the idea is based on your everyday yard sale strategy. However, JBF just takes it to the next level. Families price their quality gently used items and bring them to a JBF event to sell. JBF provides the venue, racking, service and promotions. Families have the option to come and help out at the event or can simply drop off their items for JBF to sell.
Just Between Friends is open to everyone! We will be holding a sale in Andover this fall, with a wide assortment of kids’ items for everyone from clothing to electronics! JBF is a shopper’s delight with many name brand items at a fraction of the retail cost.
In the Twin Cities more than 5000 families participate each year throughout the Metro, as consignors, selling their new and gently used children’s and maternity items their families have outgrown. Then more than 10,000 families shop the sales every fall and spring and typically save between 50 and 90% off retail prices.
Just Between Friends offers Families a way to give to local charities too! After each sale families are encouraged to donate their unsold items to local charities. JBF Partners with Local Charities through these item donations and other event promotions. Partnerships have included the following Non-Profit Organizations: Families Helping Each Other, Tapestry Pregnancy and Family Resource Center, ARC, C.R.O.S.S (Christians Reaching out in Social Services), Marie Sadvik Center, C.A.E.R (Community Aid Elk River), Minnesota Walk Now for Autism and local food shelves.
