Masters of Illusion Live!, the touring magic show based on the award-winning “Masters of Illusion” TV series, will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2012 at Hennepin Theatre Trust’s State Theatre.

Consisting of eye-popping illusionists, daring escape and quick change artists, two tigers, beautiful dancers and comedy magic, this theatrical experience is totally live with no camera tricks or computer graphics. Audience members will become part of the act as they are called on stage to assist with the illusions.

The rotating cast varies by venue. You never know if you’ll see a taxi cab magically appear, a 
woman materialize out of flames or a grand piano floating across the stage. Two of the 
performing acts at the State Theatre will be Darren Romeo, “The Voice of Magic,” who sings 
popular Broadway songs while performing incredible illusions, and Farrell Dillon, who performs 
hilarious comedy magic.

“Masters of Illusion” is a 39 hour television series originating on Fox’s myNetwork TV. “Masters of Illusion Live!” is one of the world’s largest touring magic and illusion shows with a cast of 29 people, three buses and two semi 53 foot trailer trucks.   

TICKET INFORMATION 

Masters of Illusion Live! will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2012 at Hennepin Theatre Trust’s State Theatre (805 Hennepin Avenue, Mpls., 55402).

Tickets are on sale now and range from $43.50 to $53.50 depending on seating preference. A limited number of Gold Circle tickets are also available for $79. All tickets are half price for children ages 12 and under with the purchase of an adult ticket. All prices include applicable facility fees. Additional service charges may apply.
