St. Patrick's Day Parade, Friday, March 17th (noon)
This is a parade you don't want to miss. Bring your family and lawnchairs or blankets and find your spot on the route.The parade has been sponsored by the St. Patrick's Association since 1967. Yes, for 51 years people have come and supported this fun St. Patty's Day celebration. The parade starts at noon and will start it's journey down 5th St. E and Wacouta, continues west along 5th to Washington St. and ends on St. Peter and Wabasha St.
Minneapolis St. Patrick's Day Parade, Friday, March 17th (7:30 pm)
Bring your family to the Minneapolis St. Patrick's Day parade. The parade is reversed from last year and will run North to South along Marquette Ave. starting at South 6th Street and concluding at South 11th Street. The parade starts at 7:30 pm.
Irish Music and Dance Association's 36th Annual St. Patrick's Day Irish Celebration and Day of Irish Dance, Friday, March 17th and Sunday, March 19th
This two day celebration at the Landmark Center in St. Paul is about all things Irish for your entire family! There will be: Traditional Music, Dance Schools, Dance Performance Groups, Vendors / Exhibitors, Tea Room, Traditional Food and Great Activities for all ages!
(Friday only) thee will also be Children's Crafts and a Children's Stage.
Tickets for this event are $7 for adults, $5 for kids 6-12 and seniors 65 and over and may be purchased at the door on either day. Kids 5 and under are free.
Irish Heritage Weekend, March 18 & 19
Come to the James J Hill House in St. Paul and enjoy Irish organ Music, songs, needlework demonstrations and stories about Irish settlement in Minnesota. This event will be on Saturday, March 18th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday March 19th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Included with site admission of $10 adults, $8 seniors, veterans/active military and college students, $6 ages 5-17, free age 4 and under and MNHS members Purchase tickets here or at the door.

Come and enjoy a silly puppet show and create a St. Patrick's Day craft and search for hidden greens outside. You can find a shamrock and follow the rainbow colors to discover golden nuggets. Enjoy a green treat. Children must be accompanied by an adult. $5/person. Ages: 2-6, with an adult/caregiver
