Registration Is Now Open For Spring Flag Football

Flag Football is a fun way to get kids active this spring

By National Flag Football December 15, 2020

Being without organized team sports for months made me realize just how exercise and team sports was a much needed, healthy way to cope with stress and connect with the community. If you are looking to transition your child back into sports this spring, consider flag football.

Executive Director Bryan Ledin emphasizes the fact that National Flag Football is a one day commitment, just an hour of practice followed by a game. “It’s easy, it’s fun and it’s a great way to be active without sacrificing a ton of time.” NFF leagues are for boys and girls ages 4-14. Most leagues run on Sundays, with a two hour commitment. Flag Football is a great way to learn football fundamentals without the worry of contact or heavy equipment.

Flag is a great option for multi-sport athletes that want to build their football skills. No tryouts or drafts. More than 131 locations.  7-week season with games played either on Saturday’s or Sunday’s ONLY. Volunteer Coaches are screened and trained.
