Description
This annual costume contest is part of the Anoka Halloween Fun! Get the kids dressed up and come enjoy kid friendly Halloween music, balloon arch, and a special treat bag for each participant. This event is opne to ages 0-5. Afterwards head over to the Riverside Memorial Park and do some pumpkin Carving for ages 3-12!
